Investigation on Scientific Data Sharing Policies of UK Research Funders

英国是较早制定科学数据共享政策的国家,政策体系发展较为成熟。文章通过文献和网络调研法及内容分析法,以英国10家科研资助机构制定的科学数据共享政策为样本对象,从共享整体规划、共享主体、共享条件、共享方式和共享期限5个方面展开调研和分析,旨在为我国科研资助机构在制定科学数据共享政策时提供借鉴。

Scientific data sharing policy of UK is initiated early and developed well as a system. By making the content analysis of the related websites and literatures, this paper studies the scientific data sharing policy of 10 UK research funders from five aspects, such as the overall planning, sharing body, sharing conditions, sharing methods and sharing time, thus providing reference for the policy-making in its Chinese counterparts.
