摘要
合成了两个新的含甘二肽甲酯结构的β-二酮衍生物,采用IR,UV,~1H NMR以及元素分析方法对合成的化合物进行了结构表征。采用平皿法测定了化合物的除草活性,结果表明:含噻吩环和氟原子的化合物B2在浓度为100μg/m L时,对狗尾草的抑制率基本达到100%,甚至好于对照草甘膦;采用单片纸碟法测定了化合物的抑菌活性,结果表明含噻吩环和氟原子的化合物B2具有较好的抑菌活性。
Two new β-diketone derivatives containing glycylglycine methyl ester were synthesized and characterized by IR, UV, ^1H NMR and Elemental analysis. The results of herbicidal activity tests indicated that the inhibition rates of compound B2 at 100 μg/mL to green-bristlegrass were nearly 100%, even higher than the contrast (Glyphosate) . The results of antibacterial activity tests indicated that compound B2 had higher antibacterial ability than compound B1. Theoretical study showed that the existing of thiophen ring and fluorine atoms in compound B2 was the important reason for its better biological activity.
