摘要
DNA中碱基的化学修饰一直是生命科学领域研究的热点之一。DNA甲基化作为DNA序列的修饰方式,是一种重要的表观遗传机制,能够在不改变DNA分子一级结构的情况下调节基因组的功能,在生命活动中起着重要的作用。对于受到环境胁迫的植物生命体基因表达调控过程中也有DNA甲基化变化的痕迹。本文对植物DNA甲基化的产生机制、功能,DNA甲基化在植物应对逆境胁迫中的作用以及用来分析检测DNA甲基化技术方法的原理特点进行综述,以便更好地理解植物DNA甲基化及其对环境胁迫的响应,为植物抗逆性研究及作物遗传改良提供理论参照。
In recent years, chemical modification in DNA bases has been one of the hottest areas of life science research. DNA methylation as one kind of modification way of DNA sequences, is an important epigenetic mechanism. It can regulate the expression of many vital genes while the base compositions of these genes don't change, therefore DNA ethylation is very important to the plant's grow progress. For the plants under environmental stress, the number of DNA methylation had changed during the regulation of gene expression. This paper introduces the mechanisms and biological functions of DNA methylation in plant, and its functions in plant response to environmental stress, and the principle and characteristics of the method for DNA methylation analysis. This would enable us to better understand the methylation of plant DNA and its response to environmental stress, and provide a theoretical reference for plant stress tolerance research and crop genetic improvement.
