摘要
为了克服传统AC/AC变换器的缺陷,设计了一种小电容电压应力的AC/AC变换器,分析了电路的拓扑结构和工作原理,拓扑结构是由两个串联准Z源网络和单相LC滤波器构成,采用脉冲宽度调制法(PWM)对电路的占空比进行控制,从而改变输出电压。采用MATLAB/Simulink对电路仿真,最后以TMS320F2812DA为控制核心搭建出实验电路,仿真和实验结果共同验证了电路拓扑理论分析的正确性和可靠性。
In order to overcome the deficiencies of traditional AC-AC converter, this paper designed a quasi-Z -source AC/AC converter with voltage stress of a small capacitor,the topology structure and working principle of the circuit are analyzed, this topolo- gy is composed of two series quasi-Z-source networks and a single-phase LC filter. A pulse width modulation method (PWM) is chosen to vary the output voltage by controlling the duty cycle. Using MATLAB/Simulink to perform circuit simulation, and finally, the experimental circuit based on TMS320F2812 is built, both of the simulation results and experimental results verify the validity and reliability of the circuit.
