自锁式固定系统在下颌骨骨折临时外固定中的临床应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价自锁式固定系统在下颌骨骨折临时外固定中的临床效果。方法 18例下颌骨骨折急诊入院患者在围手术期即刻使用自锁固定系统完成临时固定。结果 18例下颌骨骨折患者使用自锁式固定系统临时外固定,14例固位稳定,4例固位松脱。结论自锁式固定系统在下颌骨骨折临时外固定治疗中效果可靠,在临床上具有一定应用价值。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of self-locking fixation system in temporary external fixation of mandibular fractures. Methods 18 emergency patients with mandibular fractures were treated with self-locking fixation system in the perioperative period. Results 18 patients with mandibular fractures were treated with self-locking fixation system for temporary enternal fixation. 14 patients were fixed and stable. 4 patients were fixed and loose. Conclusion The self-locking fixation system waseffeetive in the Ireatment of mandibular fractures with temporary ex- ternal fixation and hadcertain clinical application value.
