摘要
心理幸福感的研究是经济学和社会学关注的焦点,特别适合于财务主管人员幸福感的解析。自我决定论是心理幸福感的基础理论,为幸福感赋予了积极的内涵。基于我国财务主管人员的数据调查,借助于结构方程模型,实证性的研究揭示了财务主管人员心理幸福感的微观性和动态性机理,发现了心理幸福感的关键影响因素和功能缺失之处,从而为财务主管人员心理幸福的开发提供了理论启示,也必然有助于财务主管人员工作绩效的改进和身心的全面发展。
The study of psychological well-being is the focus of economics and sociology ,particularly for the parsing of financial executives happiness. Self determinism is the basic theory of psychological well-being, which gives positive connotation for happiness. Based on the data survey of China' s financial executives, by means of structural equation model, the empirical study reveals microcosmic and dynamic mechanism of psychological well-being of financial executives,and finds the key influencing factors and function of psychological well-being, thus provides theory revelation for the psychological happiness development of financial executives, and also inevitably helps financial managers improve work performance and physical and mental development.
