摘要
协同德育是协同教育的一种具体形式,"三维一体"协同德育是强调在庞大的协同德育系统工程中三大协同主体中的维度格局,重在加强学校、家庭、社会之间各系统教育力量的整合和协调相一致。尤其是在构建高职院校德育过程中,根据高职生家庭德育的未知共识、学校德育中学生的抗拒接受、社会德育的点式难控等特点,需要更加突出三者的德育优势揉合才能增强高职院校德育效果。
The synergy of moral education is a specific form of cooperative education. Three-dimensional synergy of moral education emphasizes the dimension of the three main parties in cooperative education system ---school education, family education and social education. We should focus on strengthening the integration and coordination between school, family, and social education, especially in the process of construction of moral education in higher vocational colleges which has the following difficulties-- the unknown consensus of family moral education of students, middle school students' resistance to moral education and difficult to control of social moral education.
