Implementation and Enlightenment of American Community Pharmacy Residency Programs

介绍美国住院药师培训当中的社会药房培训现状及实施细则,为建立符合我国执业药师发展的实训体系提供参考。借鉴美国的经验,我国应建立统一的执业药师社会药房实训体系,提出严格的体系准入标准,以培养药师学员的综合素质与能力为主要目标,设计科学的学员考核方式,保证执业药师未来的执业能力。

This article introduced the current situation and implementation standards of Community Pharmacy Residency Programs in the United States,and provided suggestions for the establishment of a training system in China in combination with the development of licensed pharmacists.Based on the experience of the United States,China should establish a unified training system for licensed pharmacists within community pharmacies,and put forward strict system access standards aiming to cultivate the comprehensive quality and abilities of pharmacists,and design scientific evaluation methods to ensure the future abilities of pharmacists.
