医药院校大一新生常见适应性问题及其应对策略

Freshmen's Adaption Problem in Chinese Medical & Pharmaceutical Universities and Its Coping Strategies

大一新生适应性问题是医药院校学生工作面临的难点之一。从学习、生活两个方面总结医药院校大一新生所面临的常见适应性问题:学习方面主要存在自主学习能力较差、不能适应专业课程的学习和不良心态引起的学习障碍等适应性问题;生活方面主要存在日常生活不能自理,人际关系紧张,不能有效管理、利用课余时间等适应性问题。针对医药院校大一新生面临的上述适应问题本文提出了相应应对策略,为从事相关学生工作者提供参考。

Freshmen＇s adaption is the hard part of student management in Chinese medical ＆amp; pharmaceutical universities.This paper discusses the main types of adaption problems among the medical ＆amp; pharmaceutical freshmen from the perspectives of academic study and extracurricular life.The study shows that problems in academic study include lack of autonomous learning ability,failure to adapt to professional course learning and learning disorder induced by unhealthy psychological states,while problems in extracurricular life emerge as failure to take care of oneself,tension for personal relationship and lack of spare time management.Several strategies for the problems presented above are provided accordingly,which could serve as a reference to student advisors or tutors.
