摘要 以实际项目为背景,从控制的角度详细阐述了永磁同步电机振动噪声的产生机理,提出了控制系统减振降噪的方法,并详细介绍了控制系统的硬件设计和软件设计。通过软件算法削弱系统中由死区、电流采样失真的影响产生的噪声,并使用工程样机分别对非优化和优化两种情况进行了刚性连接下的振动测试,测试结果表明低振动设计方法的有效性。 With the background of the actual project in this paper, expounded the mechanism of the vibra- tion noise for PMSM, and stated the method which could reduce the noise, then the hardware and software system was designed for control in detailed. The noise which was introduced by the impact of dead zone and the sampling distortion of the current was reduced through the software algorithm . The engineering prototype in the manner of rigid connection and no-load was proceeded noise testing with the condition of non-optimum and optimum respectively. The result shows the effectiveness of the measures which were designed by the low vibration manners.
