摘要
【目的】针对温度对花卉种苗生产的影响,探寻设施花卉种苗高效可持续生产方式。【方法】以矮牵牛、三色堇播种繁殖种苗为试验材料,设计了3种夜温处理进行种苗生产,测定种苗生产周期、种苗质量、加温能耗和人力投入等。【结果】表明矮牵牛YS1处理生产周期比对照长3d,生长期加温能耗降低3%,种苗生长更紧凑,质量有较为明显的提高,但生产成本略有提高,冬季将夜间温度降低2℃进行矮牵牛生产是可行的;三色堇生长周期比对照长8~17d,生产成本增加较多,降低夜间温度的生产方式并不适用于三色堇种苗生产。【结论】降低冬季夜间加热温度进行种苗生产的方法,需要根据实际情况决定是否可以采用。
[Objective]This study aimed to find the effect of different night temperatures on the production of plug seedlings, then explore efficient and sustainable production methods.[Methods]The plug seedlings of Petunia hybrida and Viola zvittro- ckiana were used as the test materials. Three night-temperatures were used to treat the plug seedlings, then the production cy- cle and quality of plug seedlings, energy consumption of heating, and human input were measured.[Results] Compared to con- trol, after YS1 treatment, the production cycle was 3 days longer, and the energy consumption of heating decreased by 8%, and the plug seedlings were more compact, and the quality increased significantly, but the production cost rose slightly. So de- creasing night temperature by 2 ℃ was feasible to produce the plug seedlings of P. hybrida in winter. But for V. wittrockiana decreasing night temperature caused the increase in production cycle by 8-17 days compared to control, and the production cost rose substantially. So decreasing night temperature was not suitable for producing the plug seedlings of V. wittrockiana.[Con- clusion]The production method of decreasing the night heating temperature was not suitable for all kinds of plug seedlings. U- sing the method should be determined according to the actual situation.
