香蓝驱毒颗粒对扁平疣患者IgG、IgA及IgM水平的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价中药香蓝驱毒颗粒对扁平疣患者免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA及IgM水平的影响。方法对照组60例扁平疣患者外用α-2b干扰素凝胶,治疗组60例扁平疣患者在对照组治疗方案的基础上口服用香蓝驱毒颗粒,均用药6周。测定治疗组及对照组扁平疣患者治疗前后及正常人群组血清IgG、IgA及IgM水平。结果治疗组与对照组治疗前IgG、IgA与IgM水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均低于正常人组(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组患者血清IgG、IgA及IgM水平明显高于治疗前(P<0.01),并明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。对照组治疗前后IgG、IgA与IgM水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药香蓝驱毒颗粒治疗扁平疣,其发挥疗效的作用机制,与提高患者的免疫球蛋白水平相关,可以提高患者的体液免疫效应,增强机体的抗病毒能力。 Objective In order to evaluate the influence of Xianglan Qudu Keli on the levels of immunoglobuIin G (IgG), immunoglobulin A (IgA) and immunoglobulin M (IgM) in peripheral blood of the patients with verruca plana. Methods Sixty patients with verruca plana in the control group were given topical interferon by α-2b gel for six weeks. However, sixty patients in the treatment group were treated by Xianglan Qudu Keli and α-2b gel for six weeks. Results There was no significant difference in the levels of IgG, IgA and IgM before treatment between the treatment group and the control group (P〉0.05). However, levels of immunoglobulin in both groups were significant lower than those of the healthy group(P〈0.01 ). After treatment, the levels of serum IgG, IgA and IgM in the treatment group were significantly higher than those before treatment (P〈0.01), and higher than those of the control group (P〈0.01), too. There were no significant differences in IgG, IgA and IgM levels between pre-treatment and post-treatment in the control group (P〉0.05). Conclusion Xianglan Qudu Keli, the traditional Chinese medicine for treating verruca plana, may be related to increasing levels of immunoglobulin which can enhance the humoral immune and strengthen the body' s antiviral ability.
