基于真实世界使用血栓心脉宁片患者临床特征分析

Patients' Clinical Characteristics by Using Xueshuan Xinmai Ning Based on the Real World

目的:通过对血栓心脉宁片数据进行描述分析,了解血栓心脉宁片使用人群临床人口学分布特征、西医诊断、合并用药情况,为深入进行安全性及有效性评价提供依据。方法:选择全国18家医院服用血栓心脉宁片患者的信息,运用基本数据描述方法及关联规则进行分析。结果:男性患者比例高于女性,且患者年龄主要集中在45~65岁和65岁以上年龄段,危急住院人数高于一般住院人数,2008—2011年发病人群呈下降趋势。结论:血栓心脉宁片使用患者同年龄段患者男性多余女性,尤以老年患者显著,病情也相对较重,近年来有明显年轻化的趋势。

Objective： To understand the clinically demographic distribution characteristics of the population who received the treatment of Xueshuan Xinmai Ning, the diagnosis of western medicine and its combination application. The paper described and analyzed the data of Xueshuan Xinmai Ning in order to provide the scientific basis for its further evaluation of safety and effectiveness. Method ： Select the patients＇ information about the treatment of Xueshuan Xinmai Ning from 18 hospitals around the country, and analyze data by applying the ＂the basic data description＂ method and association rules. Results ： Proportion of male patients was higher than that of females, and the age of the patients ranged from 45 - 65 years old and also above 65 years old. Moreover, the number of hospitalized persons was higher than the general number, and the incidence of the disease had declined from 2008 to 2011. Conclusion ： The number of male patients re- ceiving the treatment of Xueshuan Xinmai Ning is more than that of female patients, and especially for the elders with more severe diseases. There also exists a younger tendency of taking this medicine in recent years.
