《国际商务谈判》课程多元化考核体系构建的实践探索

《国际商务谈判》课程是国际经济与贸易专业的一门必修课程,同时也是一门实践性和行动力很强的理论实践相结合的综合学科。传统的单一试卷考核模式缺乏对学生课堂参与积极性的调动,不能充分考核学生综合谈判能力和团队合作能力。为此,文章基于对学生专业能力、社会能力和职业能力的提升,通过教学实践初步构建了国际商务谈判课程多元化的考核体系。

The course of international business negotiation is a compulsory course in the international economy and trade major, and it is also a comprehensive subject which combines theory with practice. The traditional exami- nation mode of single examination lacks the mobilization of the enthusiasm of the students＂ involvement in the class- room, and cannot fully evaluate the students＂ ability of comprehensive negotiation and teamwork. For this reason, based on the improvement of students＂ professional ability, social ability and professional ability, this paper constructs a diversified evaluation system of international business negotiation through the practice of teaching.
