职业卫生与职业医学的应用型人才培养模式

职业卫生与职业医学是预防医学专业的重要课程,作为一门实践性与应用性极强的学科,由于当前的教学模式与教学方法存在问题,因而在应用型人才的培养方面并不理想,职业卫生与职业医学教学水平的提升已经成为近年来预防医学专业教学中亟待解决的难题。本次研究首先阐述了职业卫生与职业医学应用型人才培养的必要性,然后从提高重视程度、提高理论课程教学质量、建立科学的课程实践教学模式等三个方面提出了职业卫生与职业医学课程应用型人才的培养模式,以期为职业卫生与职业医学教学水平的提升提供理论指导。

Occupational health and occupational medicine is an important course of preventive medicine. As a subject of high practicalness and applicability, due to the existing problems with current teaching mode and teaching methods, the cultivation of applied talents is not satisfying. In recent years, the improvement of teaching level of health and occupational medicine has become a difficult problem in teaching preventive medicine. This study first e- laborates the necessity of cultivating occupational health and occupational medicine talents, and then puts forward the teaching mode of applied talents in occupational health and vocational medicine courses from three aspects： improv- ing the level of attention, improving teaching quality of theoretical courses and establishing scientific curriculum prac- tice, in the hope of providing certain theoretical guidance for teaching level improvement in occupational health and vocational medicine.
