文章从高校退休教师人才资源开发与利用的角度,基于社会调查统计样本数据,详细分析了高校退休教师价值特征和智库资源现状,提出了提高高校退休教师群体资源开发和利用的措施,具有合理性和可行性。

From the perspective of think Abstract： From the perspective of think tank resources development and utilization, this paper discusses the value characteristics and think tank resources of the retired teachers at colleges or universities based on the social investigation statistical data. This paper gives some rational and feasible strategies of improving the development and utilization of these think tank resources.
