输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术治疗肾下盏结石67例分析 被引量:3

摘要 肾下盏是肾结石好发部位之一,由于其特殊的解剖位置,肾下盏结石的治疗存在一定难度。我们采用输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术治疗肾下盏结石67例,一期碎石成功58例,一期碎石成功率86.6%;二期碎石成功7例,总碎石成功率97.0%。手术时间30~136min,平均90min;术后住院时间3~5天,平均3.9天;术后2~4周拔除双J管;术后1个月、3个月复查,结石清除率分别为89.7%、96.2%。本组病例均未发生严重并发症。输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石微创、高效且并发症少,是治疗肾下盏结石较为理想的方法。
