摘要 振动位移是水泵的振动评价重要指标,其值满足规范相应的规定是设备移交的必备条件之一。通过某电厂项目的闭式循环冷却水泵振动的解决过程进行总结,分析了可能引起水泵振动原因并提出解决措施,最后得出泵进口压力高是引起泵振动主要原因,同时也取到了一些经验教训,为解决类似水泵振动问题提供参考。 Vibration displacement is an important evaluation index for pumps, it must meet the requirements from corresponding standards before putting into use. In this paper, the solutions or processes for closed-cycle water pump vibration causes from a power plant were summarized. Some causes were considered and treated. Finally, it was the high input water pressure that caused the pump vibration problems. The solutions used in this paper can provide good referece for similar pump vibration problems in power plants.
