项目前期决策阶段是决定总承包项目成功与否的关键环节。为提高决策的成功率,控制项目可能存在的风险,应当建立合适的组织架构,辅以深化、细致、全面的前期决策工作,采用科学的风险控制流程,加强风险的预控,才能为项目实现预期目标和提高项目实施效率提供可靠保障。
The early planning stage of the project is the key stage to the success of EPC projects. In order to improve the success rate and control project risk, we must establish the appropriate organizational structure, work carefully and comprehensively , through the method of ris kmanagement, to improve project implementation efficiency, then we can achieve the anticipated target of EPC project, and provide a reliable guarantee of success.
