摘要
输电线路覆冰是国内外电力系统面临的严重自然灾害之一。针对输电线路覆冰计算问题,文章利用C#语言对ArcGIS Engine进行二次深度开发,研发了一套基于GIS的输电线路覆冰趋势分析系统,实现了对导线覆冰模型的计算及覆冰预测。文章基于具体实例详细介绍了该系统在500 kV及以上线路的覆冰趋势分析和覆冰面积统计、单条线路覆冰趋势分析等功能。实际运行效果表明,该系统性能良好,具有较好的应用价值。
Transmission line fault caused by icing is one of the most natural hazard inelectricpowersystem. In this paper, a geographic information system-based(GIS-based) transmission line icing trend analysis (TLITA) system is designed using ArcGIS engine coded by C#. The system realizes the transmission line icing model computation and prediction. Based on a specific example, the system functions are introduced in detail, such as icing trend analysis and icing area computationof transmission line more than 500 kV, icing trend analysis of single transmission line. The practical results show that the system has good performance and good application value.
