电能服务管理平台的建设对于电力需求侧管理和智能用电的发展至关重要。针对其整体架构和数据架构中的业务需求,构建和完善了需求响应、用户用能管理、报表中心、政府需求侧管理服务、有序用电管理和节能服务体系管理等业务应用模块及其功能的结合。由于前4个模块与电力用户快捷、便利的密切互动,实现了电网与用户之间能量流、信息流、业务流的灵活互动。电能服务管理平台与电网公司信息内网其他业务系统、信息外网用户自有系统的交互接口具有数据互联,并对平台依仗的关键技术进行了简明分析。为防止各种因素影响该平台的正常运行,从网络设备、网络业务信息流、逻辑边界及信息内、外网业务系统等方面提出了相应的安全防护措施。

Electric power service management platform has data interconnection with interactive interface for other power grid corporation business systems of information intranct and customers＇ self-owned systems of the information extranet, and the key technologies of the platform are analyzed in brief. In order to prevent the various affection upon the normal operation of plattbrm,corresponding safety protection measures are proposed in terms of network equipment,network business information flow,logic boundary and business systems of intranet and extranet etc.
