摘要
对国内外关于生涯求助影响因素的研究做了梳理和总结,这些研究主要涉及人口统计学变量、社会文化变量和心理变量三个方面,心理变量可能是影响生涯求助的主要变量;讨论了生涯咨询与心理咨询的关系问题;指出因生涯咨询的社会需求以及内容、特点等方面与心理咨询差异明显,相应的咨询策略、方法存在性质上的不同,应该成为一个独立的研究领域。
The paper makes a preliminary review and summary of the influential factors of career seeking-help at home and abroad. It mainly involves three aspects, such as the demographic variables, social cultural variables and psychological variables. Among them, the psychological variables may be the main variables affecting the career seeking-help. In addition, this paper expounds the relationship between the career counseling and psychological counseling. Because there are significant differences between the career counseling and psychological counseling in social demand, content and characteristics, consulting strategy and methods also differ in nature. So the career counseling should become an independent field of study.
