摘要
以云计算、物联网、移动互联网、大数据、智能技术以及区块链等为主要表现形式的"互联网+"技术正加速与各行各业深度融合,已成为驱动经济转型与社会进步的重要力量。物流作为我国国民经济的基础性、战略性的产业,加速与"互联网+"的融合已成为推动我国物流业转型升级的必然选择。认清"互联网+"的本质是把握其发展方向的基本前提,推动物流业与"互联网+"融合发展有助于我国从物流大国向物流强国迈进,解高成本的顽症,由粗放型向精细型转变并把握新的发展机遇。物流业与"互联网+"融合必须明确指导思想、基本目标和主要内容,确保少走弯路。物流业与"互联网+"融合的创新模式包括无车承运人模式、平台对接模式、关联产业链模式以及生态整合模式等,新的方式有待在实践中不断探索。推进物流业与"互联网+"融合的对策建议包括:要把加快推进与"互联网+"的融合作为战略使命;加强对发展"互联网+"统筹规划和科学部署;要着力破解物流"互联网+"的人才瓶颈;要坚决打破常规、坚持创新求胜等。
"Internet + " technology ( in the main forms of cloud computing, Internet of Things, mobile Internet,large data, intelligent technology, and block chain) can promote the deep integration with all walks of life and has become an important driving force for economic transformation and social progress. Logistics as the basic and the strategic industry of the national economy, it has become the inevitable choice to promote the transformation and upgrading of China' s logistics industry for accelerating the integration of logistics and "Internet + ". Understanding the essence of "Internet + " is to grasp the basic premise of its development direction, promoting the logistics industry and "Internet + " integration development from the logistics power to the logistics power, tackling the high cost of chronic disease, change from extensive management to fine management, and grasping the new development opportunities. The integration of logistics industry and the "Internet + " must clear the guiding ideology, the basic objectives and the main content to ensure that less detours. The innovation mode of logistics integrating with "Internet + " includes car-free carrier mode, platform docking mode, related industry chain mode, and ecological integration mode, and the new way needs to be explored in practice. Suggestions for promoting the integration of the logistics industry with "Internet + " are shown as follows : accelerating the integration with the "Internet + " as a strategic mission;strengthening the "Internet + " ;tackling the logistics of "Internet + " talent bottleneck;resolutely breaking the routine, adhering to innovation and win, and so on.
