摘要
遵循身体运动功能训练理念,青少年篮球运动员身心发育特征以及篮球运动专项技术动作力量需求特征,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和观察法等研究方法,在分析篮球技术动作与力量训练动作结构相关关系的基础上,对青少年篮球运动员力量训练动作结构体系进行构建。青少年篮球运动员力量训练动作主要分为推式动作、拉式动作、躯干力量动作及全身力量动作。推式和拉式动作又分为上半身推和拉式动作,腿推和拉式动作;躯干力量动作分为躯干屈、伸、侧倾和旋转式动作;全身力量动作分为全身推、拉和旋转式动作。每一种动作对应相应的具体动作方法。
Based on the movement function training concept and characteristics,youth basketball player body and mind development characteristic and strengthen demand features of basketball skill,this paper uses the literature material method,interview method,observation research methods,on the basis of correlation on the moments of basketball technique and strength training,such as for youth basketball athlete action method system of structural system to construct suitable for youth basketball athlete push and pull strength training movement of upper body and legs;flexion,stretch,roll and rotary of trunk;and push,pull,rotary of the whole body's strength training moment.Each moment corresponding to the corresponding specific methods.of the moments.
