新型类Fenton催化剂的制备及其在亚甲基蓝降解中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 亚甲基蓝是印染废水中典型的有机污染物,化学氧化法是处理该污染问题的常用方法.本实验以谷壳煅烧生产的二氧化硅为载体,制备含铁的类Fenton催化剂,催化降解亚甲基蓝.通过对H_2O_2用量、p H值、重复利用率等因素的探讨,研究他们分别对亚甲基蓝降解效果的影响.结果表明H_2O_2用量为1m L,p H在2 12范围内降解效果良好,且10次重复降解率均在90%左右,还克服传统Fenton法回收难、成本高、易二次污染等缺点. MB is a typical refractory organic contaminant in printing and dyeing wastewater, chemical oxidation has been using to solve this pollutant problem. In this paper, a novel Fenton like agent was synthesized through loading iron ions on silicon dioxide support which originated in rice husk calcination. The as?prepared Fenton like agent was used to catalyze and degrade MB. The amount of H2 O2 , pH value, repeat times etc. were considered to research degradation ratio respectively. It was observed that, when the amount of H2 O2 was fixed at 1mL our method exhibited nice degradation effect in a wide pH range from 2 to 12, meanwhile the degradation ratio was up to 90 percent within 10 times. Compared with traditional Fenton degradation agent, the novel catalyst exhibited low?cost, high?recovery and avoided secondary pollution.
