基于DEA模型的河南省服务业效率研究

RESEARCH ON THE EFFICIENCY OF SERVICE INDUSTRY IN HENAN PROVINCE BASED ON DEA MODEL

研究河南省服务业效率,对于提升河南省经济竞争力具有重要意义。以河南省各地市为研究范围,构建了河南省服务业效率评价体系。利用2005—2014年河南省全省和各市面板数据,通过建立DEA模型,对河南省18个地市的服务业效率进行了测度。研究发现,河南省服务业效率呈明显区域不平衡性,与当地经济发展水平和区位相关。加强交通基础设施建设、缩小区域经济差距、促进产业结构升级等措施,将会提高河南省服务业效率,提升河南省经济竞争力。

To study the efficiency of service industry in Henan Province is of great significance to enhancing the economic competitiveness of Henan Province. The efficiency evaluation system of service industry in Henan Province is constructed in the paper with Henan Province as the research area, and the service industry efficiency of 18 cities in Henan Province is measured by using the panel data in 2005 -2014 based on the DEA model. The findings are as follows： there exists an obvious regional imbalance in the efficiency of service industry in Henan Province, closely related to the level of local economic development and location. Therefore, traffic infrastructure construction is there to be strengthened, the regional economic gap is there to be narrowed and the industrial structure is to be upgraded, which will improve the efficiency of service industry , and enhance the economic competitiveness there.
