习近平“四个讲清楚”视野下传统文化创新的哲学研究

PHILOSOPHICAL RESEARCH ON THE INNOVATION OF TRADITIONAL CULTURE FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF XI JINPING'S FOUR “SPEAKING CLEARLY”

习近平在论述"四个讲清楚"时指出,历史传统和文化积淀是中华民族最深沉的精神追求和丰厚滋养,是国家最深厚的文化软实力。马克思主义哲学,特别是马克思主义文化观,是传统文化传承与创新的理论基础;老一辈无产阶级革命家和习近平的中国传统文化思想是传统文化重构的直接理论来源;中国传统文化的精神追求是传统文化思想的主要内容;当代西方文化哲学理论和文化传播学说是传统文化思想重构的当代哲学基础。坚持用辩证唯物主义历史观对待传统文化,以充分的哲学理论做基础,对中国传统文化进行创造性转化和创新性发展,既是习近平的"四个讲清楚"的核心要求,也是弘扬优秀传统文化,增强民族文化自信的需要。探讨中华民族历史传统和文化积淀的创新发展,是关乎国家命运的文化自觉,也是中华文明薪火相传的重要方法和步骤。

In the discussion of the four ＂speak clearly＂ , Xi Jinping points out that the historical tradition and cultural heritage are the deepest spiritual pursuit and richest nourishment of the Chinese nation and is also the country＇s most profound cultural soft power. Marxist philosophy, especially Marxist cultural view, is the theoretical basis of the inheritance and innovation of the traditional culture; the proletarian revolutionaries of the older generation and Xi Jinping＇s thought of the Chinese traditional culture are the direct theoretical sources of reconstructing the traditional culture; the spiritual pursuit of the Chinese traditional culture is the main content of the traditional cultural thought; the contemporary western cultural philosophy theory and the theory of cul- tural transmission are the contemporary philosophical foundation of the reconstruction of the traditional cultural thought. It is not only the core of Xi Jinping~ four ＂speak clearly＂ but also the need for carrying forward the fine traditional culture and enhancing national cultural self-confidence to look at the traditional culture with an attitude of the dialectical materialist conception of history and transform and develop the Chinese traditional culture in a creatively way. The paper discusses the innovation and development of the Chinese historical tradi- tion and cultural heritage, which is related to the fate of the country＇s cultural consciousness, and an important method and step to hand on the torch of the Chinese civilization.
