中药外敷治疗妇产科手术切口愈合不良临床效果研究

Clinical Effect Research of External Application of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Incision Healing Bad after Gynecologic Surgical

目的:探讨中药外敷治疗妇产科手术切口愈合不良的临床效果。方法:选择的研究对象为2015年1月-2016年1月来笔者所在医院治疗的100例妇产科手术切口愈合不良患者,入组的研究对象根据不同的治疗手段分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组患者采取中药外敷疗法进行治疗,对照组患者采取碘伏纱布切口换药疗法进行治疗。两组患者均连续治疗1周。结果:观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为100%,相比对照组的86.0%显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的愈合时间相比对照组显著较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药外敷治疗妇产科手术切口愈合不良能够显著改善患者的切口红肿、触痛、硬结等症状,且起效加快,愈合时间较短,从而显著提高了临床治疗效果。

Objective ： To explore the clinical effect of external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of gynecological incision healed badly. Method： The subjects were selected from January 2015 to January 2016.100 cases of gynecological incision healed badly patients were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods, 50 patients in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with external application of Chinese medicine, and the patients in the control group were treated with iodophor gauze dressing.Two groups of patients were treated for 1 week. Result： The total effective rate was 100% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group（86.0%）.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： External application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of obstetrics and gynecology incision healing bad can significantly improve the incision swelling, tenderness, induration, and other symptoms, and quicker onset, shorter cure time, thus significantly improving the clinical efficacy.
