中西医结合护理对急性心肌梗死恢复期患者的效果观察

Clinical Observation on the Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing on Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction during the Recovery Period

目的:观察中西医结合护理在临床急性心肌梗死(AMI)恢复期患者护理中的应用与效果。方法:采取数字随机法将笔者所在医院收治的84例AMI恢复期患者分为甲乙两组,各42例,分别给予其常规西医护理与中西医结合护理,观察两组护理效果。结果:甲组总有效率为73.81%,乙组为92.29%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且两组在活动受限、心绞痛发作与心绞痛稳定等SAQ评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对临床AMI恢复期患者,在常规护理基础上给予其中医辨证护理,效果显著,值得推广。

Objective： To observe the application and effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing in nursing care of patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI） during the recovery period.Method： 84 cases of AMI in our hospital were randomly divided into group A and group B, 42 cases in each group.The two groups were respectively treated by routine western medicine nursing and integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine nursing, and the nursing effect were observed.Result： The total effective rate of group A was 73.81% while group B was 92.29%, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The two groups were compared in activity limitation, attacks of angina and stable angina, and the differences were statistically signifieant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： For patients with clinical AMI during the recovery period, giving the TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing on the basic of conventional care, the effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
