液囊空肠导管应用于急性胰腺炎患者早期肠内营养的观察及护理

Observation and Nursing of Early Enteral Nutrition in Patients with Acute Pancreatitis by Liquid Sac Jejunum Catheter

目的:观察液囊空肠导管应用于急性胰腺炎患者早期肠内营养的效果及护理。方法:选择笔者所在医院2013年9月-2015年9月收治的急性胰腺炎患者40例,全部患者均采用液囊空肠导管进行早期肠内营养支持,按照数字随机方式将全部40例患者分成两组,对照组和观察组均为20例;对照组患者选择常规护理,观察组则选择优质护理。结果:在治疗后白蛋白水平、血淀粉酶水平、出院时体重减轻程度、住院时间方面,观察组均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);在不良反应发生率方面,两组患者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在急性胰腺炎患者的早期肠内营养中,应用液囊空肠导管,并给予优质护理干预,能促进患者肠道功能恢复和疾病康复,而且操作简单方便,安全可靠,具有临床推广价值。

Objective： To observe the effect and nursing of early enteral nutrition in patients with acute pancreatitis by using liquid capsule jejunum catheter.Method： 40 patients with acute pancreatitis in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2015 were selected, all patients were treated by liquid capsule jejunum tube for early enteral nutrition support.According to the random number, 40 patients were divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group were all 20 cases.The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group selected high quality nursing.Result： The serum albumin level after treatment, serum amylase level, hospital weight loss and hospitalization in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.In the incidence of adverse reactions, the two groups had no statistically significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： In the patients with acute pancreatitis and early enteral nutrition, application of liquid capsule jejunum tube, and the high quality nursing intervention can promote intestinal function recovery in patients with disease and rehabilitation, and the operation is simple and convenient, safe and reliable, has clinical value.
