综合护理在宫颈糜烂患者药物治疗中的护理研究

Nursing Research on Comprehensive Nursing Care in the Drug Treatment of Patients with Cervical Erosion

目的:观察综合护理在宫颈糜烂患者药物治疗中的护理效果。方法:取宫颈糜烂患者90例,患者均采用聚甲酚磺醛治疗,随机分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=45)。对照组采用常规方法护理,观察组实施综合护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组健康常识知晓率、护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈糜烂患者采用聚甲酚磺醛治疗时实施综合护理效果理想,能提高护理质量,值得推广应用。

Objective： To observe the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing in the drug treatment of patients with cervical erosion.Method： Ninety patients with cervical erosion were treated with Poly Cresol Suffonamide.The patients were randomly divided into control group（n=45） and observation group（n=45）.Iu the control group, routine nursing was used and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing care.Result： In the observation group, the awareness rate of health knowledge and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing in patients with cervicodynia treated by Poly Cresol Suffonamide has better effect, it can improve nursing quality, it is worthy to be popularized.
