摘要
[目的]调查急诊科护士胜任力、灾害护理能力的现状及两者的相关性,为从胜任力角度制订灾害护理培训计划提供依据。[方法]使用一般情况调查表、临床护士胜任力自评问卷、灾害护理能力问卷对101名急诊科护士进行调查。[结果]急诊科护士胜任力总分为173.57分±43.48分,灾害护理能力评分为3.73分±0.51分,胜任力总分及各维度与灾害护理能力总分及各维度呈正相关(P<0.01)。[结论]急诊科护士灾害护理能力和胜任力有待提高。护理管理者可从胜任力现状特点通过提高胜任力来提高灾害护理能力。
Objective：To investigate status quo and correlation between competency and disaster nursing ability of emergency nurses,and to provide data support for disaster nursing training program.Methods： A total of 101 nurses in emergency department were investigated with general questionnaire, clinical nurse competency ques- tionnaire and disaster nursing ability questionnaire.Results： The total score of competency was 173.57 ±43.48, the disaster nursing ability of emergency nurses was 3.73±0. 51. All dimensions of competency were positively correlated with each dimension of disaster nursing ability.Conclusion： Nurses in emergency department should improve their ability and disaster nursing ability.Nursing administrators should pay attention to competency status characteristics,so as to improve the disaster nursing ability though improving the competency.
