This paper through analysis of cause of inefficient forest, combined with the example of Guangdong ProvinceDongjiang forest farm and the surrounding counties, expounds the technical measures of transformation of inefficient forestquality, including the timely tending, species replacement, replanting, artificial natural regeneration and afforestation etc.
