Running forest tending engineering work is based on the information in the engineering work for raising method,operation process, operation technology and operation effect to adjust, correction, the process of operation in order to a-chieve the design requirements. In this paper, the content of the operation mechanism of forest tending operation scope, op-eration system, forest tending engineering work assignments, etc were analyzed.
