摘要
本文研究了不同处理方式对白藓不定芽诱导的影响,结果表明,0.1%氯化汞和10%次氯酸钠两种灭菌剂的灭菌效果有着明显地差异,白藓地下芽的最佳灭菌剂为0.1%氯化汞,灭菌适宜时间为10min,其灭菌的效果最好,污染率和死亡率均较低。MS培养基中加入NAA、6-BA不同浓度及配比对白藓地下芽启动培养的萌发率影响差异较大,以MS+NAA0.8mg/L+6-BA 0.6mg/L培养基为白藓地下芽的最佳诱导培养基。
This paper studied the effects of different treatment on the adventitious buds induction of D. dasycarpus Thrcz.The results showed that 0. 1% mercuric chloride and 10% sodium hypochlorite sterilization effect of two kinds of fungi-cides had obvious difference, the best sterilization agent fraxinella underground buds was 0. 1% mercuric chloride, thesuitable sterilization time was 10min, pollution rate and mortality were lower. Join the NAA and 6 - BA of different concen-tration and ratio of underground bud initiation culture influence germination rate differences of MS in culture medium, cul-ture medium was the best culture medium of bud induced fraxinella underground by MS + NAA0. 8mg/L + 6 - BA 0.6mg/L.
