摘要
运用琼脂扩散法、琼脂平板法,比较了兴安落叶松(Larix gmelinii)与银中杨(Populus alba×P.berolinensis)叶片的水提液、醇提液、鲜汁液对5种目标菌种的抑菌能力,结果表明:两种植物的水提液低浓度下即可实现对绿脓杆菌的抑制。62.50mg/m L浓度的银中杨水提液、125mg/m L浓度的兴安落叶松水提液可以有效抑制绿脓杆菌;250mg/m L的银中杨水提液可杀灭木霉,1000mg/m L的银中杨水提液可杀灭黑曲霉。
The antibacterial activity of leaf extract from Larix gmelinii and Populus albax P. berolinensis was evaluatedand measured by paper - disc agar - diffusion method and agar dilution method. Antibacterial experiment indicated that wa-ter extract from tested 2 plants preseuted significant antimicrobial activitie on Pesudomonas aeruginosa. The minimal bacte-ricidal concentration (MBC) of Populus alba x P. berolinensis against Pesudomonas aeruginosa was 62. 50mg/mL.MBC of Larix gmelinii against Pesudomonas aeruginosa was 125mg/mL. MBC ofPopulus alba x P. berolinensis againstTri-choderma virens arid Aspergillus niger was 250mg/mL, 1000mg/mL respectively.
