林业碳汇作为一种理想的发展范式,对于保护森林的生态、保持森林经济健康发展起着重要的作用。中国目前在7个省市开展碳排放权交易试点工作,但不包括黑龙江。黑龙江作为传统的林业大省,拥有丰富的森林储备和碳产能,黑龙江省的碳汇交易才刚开始起步。文章对黑龙江省林业碳汇的发展进行分析和研究,对林业碳汇项目开发中应该注意的问题进行了探索和对策建议,并对黑龙江省林业碳汇发展做出展望,旨在为黑龙江省林业碳汇项目的开展提供理论依据。

As a rational way to develop, Forestry carbon plays an important role. for the protection of forest ecology andmaintain the healthy development of forest economy. The national carbon emission trading pilot work has been carried out in7 provinces and cities but not including Heilongjiang. Heilongjiang as a traditional forestry province, has rich carbon sinkreserves and carbon production capacity, but the carbon trading has just started. This paper analyzes and studies the devel-opment of forestry carbon sinks in Heilongjiang Province, and explores the countermeasures that should be paid attention toin the development of forestry carbon sequestration projects, and puts forward the prospect of forestry carbon sequestrationin Heilongjiang Province. To provide a theoretical basis for the Forestry carbon in Heilongjiang Province.
