丹红联合乙酰半胱氨酸治疗特发性间质性肺炎的疗效评价

Evaluation of the efficacy of Danhong combined with acetylcysteine in the treatment of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia

目的 :研究丹红联合乙酰半胱氨酸治疗特发性间质性肺炎的疗效。方法 :选取110例特发性间质性肺炎患者按照随机分配的方法分为对照组(口服强的松)和观察组(口服强的松+丹红联合乙酰半胱氨酸治疗)各55例。对两组患者治疗前后的血氧分压(PaO_2)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO_2)等气血功能指标、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV_1)和6min步行距离等指标进行比较分析。结果 :观察组患者6 min步行距离远大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后PaO_2、PaCO_2等指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :丹红联合乙酰半胱氨酸对治疗特发性间质性肺炎有显著疗效,能有效改善患者的肺功能指标和血气指标,促进患者身体康复。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Danhong combined with acetylcysteine in the treatment of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia. Methods： One hundred and ten cases of patients with idiopathic interstitial pneumonia were selected and randomly divided into a control group （oral prednisone） and an observation group （oral prednisone ＋ Danhong combined with acetylcysteine） with 55 cases each. The PaO2, PaCO2, FEV] and 6 minute walking distance were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results： Six minute walking distance was larger in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. PaO2 and PaCO2 were better in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Danhong combined with acetylcysteine possesses significant effect in the treatment of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia, can improve lung function and blood gas indications and promote physical rehabilitation of patients.
