王氏保赤丸穴位贴敷治疗72例小儿腹泻临床观察

Clinical observation of acupoint sticking therapy of Wangshi Baochi pill in the treatment of 72 cases of infantile diarrhea

目的 :探讨王氏保赤丸外敷治疗小儿腹泻的疗效。方法 :选择72例腹泻患儿随机分为对照组和观察组各36例。对照组口服双歧杆菌三联活菌与蒙脱石散;观察组在此基础上加用王氏保赤丸贴敷患儿神阙穴和足三里穴治疗。结果 :观察组显效率为86.1%,总有效率为97.2%;对照组显效率为72.2%,总有效率为88.9%,观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :应用王氏保赤丸外敷治疗小儿腹泻,能显著提高治疗总有效率,操作简单,疗效明确。

Objective： To discuss the curative effect of Wangshi Baochi pill in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods： Seventy-two cases of diarrhea children were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 36 cases each. All the children were treated with Bifidobacterium triple live bacteria plus Montmorillonite powder while the observation group was additionally given Wangshi Baochi pill sticking on Shenque and Zusanli points. Results： The significantly effective rate was 86.1% with the total effective rate 97.2% in the observation group and 72.2% with the effective rate 88.9% in the control group. The efficacy was significantly better in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The external application of Wangshi Baochi pill for the treatment of infantile diarrhea can significantly improve the total effective rate with simple operation and clear effect.
