某三甲医院2016年Ⅰ类切口手术围术期抗菌药物预防使用情况的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of perioperative prophylactic application of antibacterials in type Ⅰ incision operation in 2016 in a tertiary hospital

目的 :为Ⅰ类切口手术围术期抗菌药物的合理预防使用提供参考。方法 :随机抽取某三甲医院2016年1月—12月Ⅰ类切口手术患者病例720份,对Ⅰ类切口手术围术期预防使用抗菌药物情况进行回顾性分析。结果 :在720例Ⅰ类切口手术患者中,预防使用抗菌药物207例,占28.75%。预防使用抗菌药物以头孢菌素为主,占92.27%,头孢唑林和头孢替安的使用频次位于前2名。其中,预防用药不合理共51例,占24.64%。结论 :该院Ⅰ类切口手术围术期抗菌药物预防使用率符合卫生部规定,但仍存在不合理现象,应通过更新药品目录、举办专题讲座、药师主动进科室宣教等模式,更加规范Ⅰ类切口手术围术期抗菌药物的合理使用。

Objective： To provide reasonable reference for perioperative rational prophylactic application of antibacterials in type I incision operation. Methods： The data from 720 patients in type I incision operation were randomly selected and their perioperative prophylactic application of antibacterials was retrospectively analyzed. Results： There were 207 cases of prophylactic application of antibacterials, accounting for 28.75% of the 720 cases. Cephalosporins was the main class of prophylactic application of antibacterials, accounting for 92.27%, in which the frequency of the use of cefazolin and cefotiam was ranked the top 2. There were 51 cases of unreasonable prophylactic medication, accounting for 24.64%. Conclusion： The using rate of perioperative prophylactic application of antibacterials in type I incision operation in this hospital is in line with the requirements of the Ministry of Health, but there still exist unreasonable phenomena. It is necessary to take such measures as updating the drug catalog, holding a special lecture, taking education into the clinical department by pharmacists so as to standardize the perioperative rational prophylactic application of antibacterials in type I incision operation.
