排水管道Sprayroq Wall喷涂施工技术及工程应用

摘要 介绍了排水管道Sprayroq Wall喷涂施工技术在广州起义路排水渠箱的修复案例,给出了该喷涂工艺的操作要点,结合Midas有限元计算,分析了采用Sprayroq Wall喷涂修复技术的可靠性,结果表明,采用Sprayroq Wall喷涂施工技术修复的渠箱结构刚度显著增强,整体性明显提升,应力集中现象减弱,管道的抗压、抗裂性能得到提高。排水管道Sprayroq Wall喷涂施工技术作为一种新型非开挖修复技术具有良好的市场前景和广阔的应用空间。 Through the case study of employing Sprayroq Wall spraying construction technology for drainage pipelines in Qiyi Rd. of Guangzhou, the keys during its practical operation are introduced. The reliability of the ap- plied construction technology is analyzed by combining with finite element calculation of Midas, which shows the compression and crack resistance of the pipelines are increased because the stiffness and integrity of the channel box structure are significantly enhanced and the stress concentration phenomenon is relieved. It is demonstrated that, as an emerging trenchless repair technology for drainage pipelines, Sprayroq Wall spray construction technolo- gy has good market and application prospect.
