摘要 在硬岩地层进行顶管施工与普通顶管具有明显不同的特点。文章探讨了硬岩地层顶管施工时对刀盘的滚刀切削间距的合理布置以及对岩块的二次破碎结构方式,通过工程实例介绍了采用预纠式的轴线控制方法穿越软硬不均岩层、在确保排渣泥浆的粘稠度条件下控制排渣量等硬岩地层顶管施工方法,希望为硬岩地层顶管施工技术的推广应用提供参考和借鉴。 Obvious differences are found between the application of pipe jacking construction technique in area with hard rock strata and other common geological conditions. The reasonable arrangement of hob cutting pitch of the cutter and the secondary crushing structure of the rock mass during the pipe jacking construction in area with hard rock strata are introduced in this paper. The details of the construction technique, i.e. pre-corrected axis control method when passing through the uneven stiffness rock and slag control with guaranteed viscosity of the slagging mud are analyzed to provide reference for the promotion and application of construction technique in hard rock strata.
