论高校馆藏档案数字化的前期准备工作

The Preparatory Work of Digital University Library Archives

数字化档案馆建设是大势所趋。做好档案数字化前期准备工作,很多单位很不重视,仓促上马,以至于在工作开展之初不能顺利进行。本文基于档案数字化实践,分析馆藏档案数字化前期准备工作的重要性、必要性与具体做法,为档案部门开展相关工作提供可资借鉴的方法。具体说来,数字化的前期准备工作主要包括:加强重要性认识与积极争取各种支持、成立机构、调研学习与经验的借鉴,硬件、软件建设与场所的提供,数字化范围的确定与档案实体的整理,以及数字化档案工作人员的培养和引进等方面。只有充分做好档案数字化前的各项准备工作,才能为档案数字化的实施打下良好的基础,进而保证数字化档案馆的建设与档案管理的质量。

Digital archive construction is an inevitable trend. The preparatory work of digital archive construction is not paid due attention and hast beginning brings about no satisfactory work.This paper, based on the practice of archives digitization, analyzes the importance,necessity and concrete practice of digital library archives preparatory work,and carries out related work to provide methods for reference.It includes strengthening the importance and actively striving for all kinds of support, setting up institutions, researching learning and experience for reference, the construction of hardware, software, and placing the offer, confirming the range of digital and archives of the entity, and digital archives work personnel training and introduction, etc. Only through fully prepared work before archives digitization should we lay a good foundation for the implementation of the archives digitization, and guarantee the quality of the construction of digital archives and archives management.
