摘要
清水混凝土在我国尚处于发展阶段,属于新兴的施工工艺,真正掌握此工艺的设计和施工的单位不多,建设单位对清水混凝土的造价认识比较片面和模糊,阻碍了清水混凝土在我国的发展。本文简要介绍了二环路建设项目清水混凝土的施工工艺特点,重点分析了清水混凝土与普通混凝土计量、计价差异,探讨了清水混凝土造价控制的关键影响因素及措施,展望了清水混凝土的应用前景。
Bare concrete is just developed in China, which belongs to an emerging construction technology. Rare units actually master design and construction of the technology. Construction units have relatively one-sided and fuzzy recognition on bare concrete costs, which hinders development of bare concrete in China. In the paper, construction technology characteristics of bare concrete in the Second Ring Road Construction Project are introduced briefly. The differences of the bare concrete and normal concrete in measure- ment and valuation are analyzed mainly. Key influencing factors and measures of bare concrete cost controls are discussed, and the application prospect of bare concrete is expected.
