新型的预制装配式建筑融合了环保、节能、可持续发展的理念和社会生产生活对各类建筑的需求,应全面推进快速发展;同时,在装配式建筑发展过程中,仍反映出未将工程造价咨询行业深层融入对其的研究和设计、生产、施工等生产建造的全过程,影响了对其的推进和建设。本文就装配式建筑相关发展中,如何开展工程造价咨询服务进行分析和论述。

The concepts of environmental protection, energy saving and sustainable development and the demands of social produc- tion and living for various buildings are integrated in the prefabricated building. It should be developed rapidly comprehensively. Meanwhile, the following problems are still reflected during development of prefabricated buildings, namely engineering cost consulta- tion industry is not deeply integrated into the whole process of production and construction of prefabricated buildings, namely re- search, design, production, construction, etc. thereby affecting propulsion and construction thereof. In the paper, engineering cost consultation services in development of prefabricated buildings are analyzed and discussed.
