摘要
鉴于目前长输管道工程的快速发展,而钢管管材及运输、焊接等相关费用投资占长输管道建设项目总投资比重较大,对整个项目的投资起着关键性的作用,具备进一步进行深入细致研究的必要性。本文从管材钢级、钢管制造、焊接施工、单根钢管长度、现场损耗等多方面进行分析,并从多角度研究钢管管材各类费用的偏差情况,从节约投资的前提出发,引申出了钢管各项参数的优化建议,明确工程现场管控措施,并提出了钢管计价的新模式,以期更大程度地改善长输管道投资结构,创造更大的利润空间,保证建设投资的合理收益性及有效性。
Considering rapid development of long-distance pipeline projects, and the costs of steel pipes, transportation and welding, accounting for a large proportion in total investments for long-distance pipeline project, are of crucial importance in the investments for the whole project, with the necessity for further research and study. The paper, in terms of steel grade of pipe, pipe manufacture, welding & construction length of a single steel pipe, loss of steel pipes at site, makes an analysis on the deviations of various costs of steel pipes from many different perspectives, and under the premise of saving investment, proposes optimal suggestions for diversi- fied parameters of steel pipes, to define site control measures, put forward a new mode for pricing of steel pipes, thus to improve long-distance pipeline investment structures, create more benefits and ensure reasonable profitability and effectiveness of investment.
