摘要
由于铁合金炉渣带来的堆放和环境污染问题的日益严重,开展铁合金炉渣综合利用的研究对能源利用、环境保护及铁合金行业的健康持续发展具有重要意义。介绍了铁合金炉渣的主要来源和铁合金炉渣综合利用现状及研究进展,并分析了存在的主要问题,指出铁合金炉渣显热回收、制备高附加值产品和海洋等应用领域的拓展是铁合金炉渣综合利用的重点方向。
The problems of the stacking and the environmental pollution caused by the ferroalloy slag are becoming serious.Therefore,it is important for the energy utilization,the environmental protection,and the healthy and sustainable development of the ferroalloy industry to study the comprehensive utilization of the ferroalloy slag.The main source of the ferroalloy slag,and the current situation and research status of the comprehensive utilization of the ferroalloy slag were introduced,and the existing problems were analyzed.Finally,it was pointed out that the sensible heat recovery,the preparation of the high value-added products and the expansion of the application domains such as ocean were the key research directions of the comprehensive utilization of the ferroalloy slag.
