紫草油纱条用于痔术后换药的效果观察

Efficacy Observation on Dressing Exchange with Zicao Oil Gauze Strip after Hemorrhoids Surgery

为探讨紫草油纱条用于痔术后创面换药的效果，将96例痔手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各48例，观察组术后创面应用紫草油纱条换药，对照组应用凡士林纱条换药，对比2组患者术后创口疼痛、创缘水肿、尿潴留、便秘、出血情况及创面愈合时间。结果显示，2组患者术后24h疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05；但观察组术后第3、5、7天疼痛评分均低于对照组，P〈0．05；且术后创缘水肿、尿潴留、便秘发生率均低于对照组，P〈0．05；创面愈合时间明显短于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，痔术后应用紫草油纱条换药，可减轻创缘水肿，减少术后短期并发症，促进创面愈合。

This study was to investigate the efficacy of dressing exchange with Zicao （a Chinese medicine formula of purple gromwell root） oil guaze strip after hemorrhoids surgery,randomly divided 96 cases un- derwent hemorrhoids operation into observation group and control one,48 eases for each;the former adopt- ed Zicao oil gauze strip for dressing exchange of wound-surface,while the latter adopted petrolatum gauze strip so do ; then both group＇s wound pain, edema, uroschesis, constipation and bleeding, etc status after sur- gery, as well the time for wound-surface healing were observed and compared.As results, at 24 h after oper- ation in the pain score between both groups there was no statistical difference（ P〈0.05）,but on the 3rd, 5th and 7th day the score of the former was all lower than that of the latter（ P〈0.05）and,the incidence of wound edge edema,uroschesis and constipation in the former was all lower than that in the latter（ P 0.05） ;the healing time for wound-surface in the former was significantly shorter than that in the latter（ P〈0.05）.Results show that using Zicao oil gauze strip for postoperative dressing exchange of hemorrhoids patients can relieve wound edge edema, reduce short-term complication＇s influence, and promote wound-sur face healing.
