肛泰栓在痔术后的应用效果分析

Efficacy of Gangtai Suppository Used after Hemorrhoids Surgery

为探讨肛泰栓在痔术后的应用效果，将300例拟行手术治疗的痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各150例，观察组术后应用肛泰栓纳肛，每次1枚，每天1次，直至创面完全愈合；对照组应用太宁栓纳肛。每次l枚，每天1次，直至创面完全愈合。比较2组患者术后30rain、2h、4h、6h、2／1h、48h肛缘水肿评分与疼痛评分。结果显示，观察组术后48h肛缘水肿评分明显低于对照组，P〈0．05；其他时间点2组创缘水肿评分比较差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05。观察组术后24h、48h肛门疼痛评分明显低于对照组，P〈0．05；其他时间点2组肛门疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义，P〉0.05。观察组创面愈合时间明显短于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，痔术后应用肛泰栓纳肛，可有效镇痛，减轻肛缘水肿，促进创面愈合，效果优于太宁栓。

To explore the application efficacy of Gangtai suppository （a suppository for hemorrhoids） 300 cases to be subject to surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control one,150 cases for each;the former adopted this suppository,until wound surface was completely intention,while the latter a- dopted Taining suppository（also,a suppository for hemorrhoids）, and all by rectal administration and 1 time/d,1 coin/time;then at 30 min,2 h,4 h,6 h,24 h and 48 h after operation both groups＂ ano edge edema and pain score were compared.As results,in ano edge edema at 48 h the former was significantly lower than the latter（ P〈0.05） ,but at other time-points there was no statistical difference between both groups（ P〈0.05） ;in anal pain score at 24 h,48 h the former was significantly lower than the latter（ P〈0.05）,but at other time-points there was no statistical difference（ P 〉0.05）;in the time for wound-surface healing the former was significantly shorter than the latter（ P〈0.05）.Results show that Gangtai suppository can effectively paly analgesia role, relieve ano-edge edema, and promote wound-surface healing, is superior to Taining suppository.
