摘要
为提高肛周子宫内膜异位症诊治水平，对该病诊治特点进行分析总结，本研究回顾分析2014年10月至2016年6月我院收治的50例肛周子宫内膜异位症患者资料。分析结果显示，肛周子宫内膜异位症病变部位特殊，易与肛周其他疾病相混，误诊率高，必须进行鉴别诊断，宜采用药物联合手术的方法治疗。
To improve the level of diagnosis and and treatment characteristics of the disease were treatment of perianal endometriosis（PEM）, the diagnosis analyzed and summarized ; this study analyzed retrospec- tively the data of the disease treated in author＇s hospital from October 2014 to June 2016. Analysis showed that lesions of PEM is special and easy to mingle it with other diseases of the perianus, has high misdiag- nosis rate so that the differential diagnosis is neccessary.It should be treated with combined method of sur gery and medication.
